Julia Benavides

PMHNP-BC, MSN

Julia Benavides is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of nursing experience across long-term care, intensive care, and acute settings. She has witnessed firsthand the profound impact of mental health on patient outcomes. It was during the COVID-19 pandemic that she fully recognized the urgent need for change, as the emotional toll on patients, families, and healthcare workers exposed deep cracks in the mental health system — underfunded, underserved, and heavily stigmatized.

Driven by purpose and compassion, Julia pursued advanced training to become a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She stands on the front lines of mental health care as an advocate, a healer, and a voice for those who often go unheard.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help restore hope, dignity, and healing — one patient at a time.

Allen Minang, BBA

Director of Operations

“Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your body. It’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay to not be okay.”

As the Director of Operations, I take pride in overseeing a mental health clinic where comfort, understanding, and respect are at the heart of everything we do. Our team is committed to creating a warm, welcoming space where patients feel secure, valued, and empowered in their journey toward better mental health.

We offer individualized care, ensuring each person receives the attention and understanding they deserve. By reducing barriers and fostering a compassionate atmosphere, we strive to enhance accessibility, comfort, and effectiveness in mental health care for everyone we serve.
